2016 was an excellent year for winemaking in the Yarra Valley, reasonable dry winter, followed by a warm dry summer.
From 2009 onwards we have picked our estate Sauvignon Blanc in two parcels, a small amount a little early and the balance at optimal ripening. This gives us lovely acid and clean fresh fruit.l
Concentrating on mainly the tropical fruit flavour enjoyed all over the world. This wine has great flavour intensity, yet remains young, fresh and zesty, with a long and crisp finish.
