This Pinot Gris comes from the Coldstream sub section of the Yarra Valley, which is also where Badger's Brook is located. The grapes were harvested over several days to capture a broader range of varietal flavours. The resultant juice was fermented in stainless steel to enhance the delicate fruit characters, with occasional yeast lees stirring for added texture and complexity
This is a refreshingly dry Pinot Gris with soft tropical fruit, pear, rose petal and spicy aromas and a deliciously fresh and crunchy palate combined with a long and savoury finish.
An excellent accompaniment to food.
